Terms & Conditions — Vastu Raksha

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at vasturaksha.iquest.ind.in and the reports and services offered through it (the "Services") by Vastu Raksha ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. The Service

We prepare Vedic astrology, numerology and Vastu Shastra readings from the details you provide. Each report is drafted by our analysis engine and reviewed by a practitioner before delivery. Our readings are offered for guidance and personal insight only.

Our readings are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or other qualified advice, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome or event. Decisions you take remain your own responsibility.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. If you provide another person's birth or property details, you confirm you are entitled to do so.

3. Accuracy of information you provide

The quality of a reading depends on the accuracy of the details you give us — particularly the date, exact time and place of birth. We are not responsible for readings affected by incomplete or incorrect information supplied by you.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown on the order page in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received.

5. Delivery

Reports are delivered digitally (by email and/or WhatsApp) as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. No physical goods are shipped.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The report we deliver is licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. The website, our analysis engine, templates and written content remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, resold or redistributed without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

10. Third-party services

We rely on third parties including Razorpay (payments) and messaging providers (delivery). Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms.

11. Changes

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
