All our products are digital reports. Nothing is physically shipped, so no shipping charges apply.
Your completed report is delivered as a PDF to the email address you provide, and where you share a number, by WhatsApp. Please make sure your contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
Every report is prepared by our engine and then reviewed by a practitioner before it is sent — we do not auto-send unread reports. Delivery therefore typically takes 2–5 business days after successful payment, and longer for the Full Report or during busy periods. If we expect a delay, we will let you know.
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it still hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us via our Contact page or at vastusidhijyothishyam@gmail.com and we will re-send it promptly.
We deliver to the details you give us at checkout. If a report is undelivered because of an incorrect email or phone number, contact us and we will re-send it to the corrected details at no charge.
