Vastu Raksha ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through vasturaksha.iquest.ind.in, why, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Identity & contact: your name, email address and phone number.
• Reading inputs: date, time and place of birth; property details and any floor plans or photographs you upload; a partner's birth details where a compatibility reading is ordered; and your stated objectives or preferences.
• Order & payment metadata: the products ordered, amount, and the payment reference returned by Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Technical data: basic server logs needed to operate the site securely.

2. How we use your information

• To prepare, review and deliver the report you ordered.
• To process your payment and confirm your order.
• To contact you about your order and deliver your report.
• To keep our systems secure and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. When you pay, your payment details are submitted directly to Razorpay over their secure, PCI-DSS-compliant systems. We receive only a confirmation and a payment reference — never your full card or account details. Razorpay's handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.

4. Sharing and third parties

We share your information only as needed to run the Services:

• Razorpay — to process payments.
• Messaging providers — to deliver your report and order updates by email and WhatsApp.
• Mapping/geocoding — a place you search may be resolved to coordinates via OpenStreetMap; we send only the place text, never your identity.
• Legal — where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Storage and security

Your personal and reading details are stored encrypted at rest, and access is limited to the practitioner operating this service. Uploaded documents are stored against your order only.

6. Retention

We keep your order and report information for as long as needed to provide the Services, support you afterwards, and meet legal and accounting requirements. You may ask us to delete your data (see below).

7. Your rights

8. Cookies

The public site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. A single session cookie is used only for the practitioner's own secure login to the operator area.

9. Children

The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18 except as part of a reading requested by a parent or guardian.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always posted here with its effective date.
